Such a great class! Intense but still beginner-friendly, so everyone can join. Kru Poppy is lovely and friendly. She pays close attention to everyone’s movements and helps correct posture throughout the class.

Amazing pilates place on fitness street. They focus on slow movements to increase effectiveness and their designed workouts are really intense (although you can go at your own pace). Have only worked with Poppy, she is absolutely amazing. I have a bad knee and she came over regularly, checked on me, and modified the exercises based off my injury.

Wonderful place to get your body back in shape! The classes are easy to follow and very enjoyable. All the staff and trainers are amazing — kind, attentive, and true professionals in what they do. I absolutely love it!

And if you come with a child, the girls will greet you warmly and are very friendly 😊

This is the place I had been looking for for a long time in Phuket.

Amazing place to check out if you want to do some exercise other than the norm on fitness street! A slightly different experience to reformer Pilates but using similar concept.

The teachers and team here are great, the studio is immaculate. I bought the welcome package - 3 classes worked out at like £9 a session (1/3 of a class price in London), then followed up with the 8 class pack!

Started with two days of foundation class first day felt good, second day could feel the burn in the best way!🔥 Took my hubby who didn’t want to join foundation and go into full body and he was 😰 sweating after the 50mins!

Only had 2 days in this area so booked the 3 session package and they were so good! Both instructors were so lovely, encouraging and knowledgeable! All staff super friendly, would definitely recommend booking a class! Clean gorgeous studio
